Pathiramanal Beach: Locates 15 Km from Kannur. A long clean beach, excellent ambience for swimmers& gives perfect relaxation to visitors.

Muzhappilangad: Locates 15 Km from Kannur, is one of the longest beaches of Kerala. The Muzhapilangad beach is the only drive-in beach of India which makes it unique among all other beaches of Kerala. The 4 Km long stretch beach is an ideal place to laze around or go for drive.

The shores of the Muzhappilangad beach are lined with black rocks, which protects the shores from the lashing waves and also make a natural shallow place. One can easily swim in this natural shallow pool of water without having to fear the powerful currents. The calm ambience makes it a popular spot for tourists.

Moppila Bay: A Natural fishing harbour located near St.Angelo's Fort. The sea wall extending to a huge height, projecting from the fort separates the rough sea and inland water. Mechanised and country crafts can enter into the island from the sea and anchor safely. The fort is a magnificent structure with massive walls and a deep moat. A mesmerizing view of the Moppila Bay never fails to enthrall visitors. The bay is a modern fishing harbor that is equipped with the latest technology.

Ezhimala beach: The beautiful beach here has a hillock nearby, 286 m high, locates 55 Km from Kannur. A Naval Academy is being developed here. Carved Stone Pillars, an ancient burial chamber& an ancient Cave are the other attractions of Ezhimala. The region is also quite famous for its medicinal herbs.

Dharmadam beach: Locates 17 Km from Kannur, a small island full of coconut palms and green bush extending to 5 acres. The island offers a beautiful sight view from the beach.
